Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Support

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.

  • Manage Orders and Returns

  • Process orders and returns with precision to ensure smooth fulfillment.

  • Maintain accurate records of tracking numbers for efficient order monitoring.

  • Engage in Live Customer Service Chats

  • Address customer queries through live chat platforms.

  • Resolve account-related concerns and provide timely solutions.

  • Utilize Technology for Efficient Service

  • Leverage computer operations, including data entry, to handle customer interactions.

  • Use Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, to enhance service processes.

  • Communicate Effectively

  • Demonstrate a strong command of written and spoken English for clear and professional communication.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in any field is required. Previous experience in e-commerce or knowledge of eBay operations is a significant advantage.

Must be able to commute daily to our office. Must bring your own laptop to the office daily.
