Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of a Software Quality Assurance Specialist is to ensure that software products meet the required standards of quality, functionality, and usability.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring software quality and want to contribute to the success of our projects. The job involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and design test cases.
  • Execute test cases and report defects, ensuring they are tracked and resolved.
  • Perform manual testing and assist in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure software stability after changes.
  • Participate in the review of project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Communicate test progress and results to stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience as a Software Quality Analyst or in a similar role. Newbies are also welcome to apply.
  3. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  4. Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
