The role of Technical Support Specialist is a vital part of our Operations department, providing essential solutions to technical problems and claim resolutions for customers. Our team member will be responsible for diagnosing issues, guiding customers through the claim filing process, and resolving their queries in a friendly and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with the claim filing process, including approval and denial via phone call.
  • Maintain high-level service standards by dealing with customers in a professional and attentive way.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences as measured by performance objectives and uphold our company's core values.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls.
  • Perform effective troubleshooting on customers' products and provide accurate resolutions.
  • Explain complex technical concepts simply to assist customers in resolving issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with similar product symptoms to provide accurate solutions.
  • Evaluate compliance with all policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements
  • O-Levels/Intermediate or above.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with an IT background.
  • American or neutral accent.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Word).
