About the Job:

This role requires an experienced individual to work on database development, maintenance, and optimization. The successful candidate will have expertise in database design, development, and performance tuning, as well as proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and its tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate database performance issues, document them, and implement solutions to prevent similar problems in future designs.
  2. Analyze application requirements and design effective database systems accordingly.
  3. Collect data, analyze it, design algorithms, and implement code based on those algorithms.
  4. Collaborate with teams to integrate database modules and troubleshoot any errors.
  5. Design databases using current production data and ensure they meet organizational needs.
  6. Document database details, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
Requirements:
  1. At least 4+ years of experience in database design, development, and performance tuning.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and its tools.
  3. Expertise in query writing, optimization, and database analyzing.
  4. Good understanding of database programming, GIT, TFS, and quality assurance testing.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Software/Computer related engineering.
