Office Manager for Pakistan

We're seeking an enthusiastic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about building exceptional teams and positive working environments. Your role will play a vital part in recruitment, office management, and team culture, ensuring we attract, onboard, develop and retain top talent.
As a key member of the People team, you'll manage the end-to-end hiring process for Pakistan and where required, China. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to craft job specs and source candidates, oversee applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews. You'll also ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all new hires.
The successful candidate will serve as the main People team contact in Lahore, advising on local best practices. You'll liaise with our EOR provider for payroll, benefits, and compliance, maintain accurate employee records, and oversee timely payroll administration.
You'll manage office facilities, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment. You'll organize team events and foster a strong, inclusive culture, ensuring equipment and resources enable the team to excel in their roles.
Requirements include 2+ years' experience in HR or office management, a solid understanding of Pakistani employment law and HR best practices, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, a proactive, self-starter attitude, and a passion for recruitment, culture-building, and fostering team success.
