About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to lead our measurement solutions team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to maintenance and safety procedures, supply of materials required to maintain equipment integrity at measuring instruments/facilities concerning distribution ends.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating with transmission departments to ensure uninterrupted supply of gas to industrial and high-pressure bulk customers.

  2. Implementing effective supply chain management strategies to minimize errors and delays.

  3. Collaborating with the measurement section to ensure the calibration of all gas measuring devices is performed on a regular basis.

  4. Developing and implementing budget plans for maintenance and capital expenditure in the department, ensuring efficient resource allocation and utilization.

  5. Managing procurement of spares according to technical specifications and requirements, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.

  6. Providing technical and administrative leadership to the workforce, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • BE Mechanical with at least 9 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas sector.

  • Experience with CC&B on measurement-field metering section, measurement-approval authority, and measurement reports group.

  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with ability to design and implement effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work collaboratively with teams.

  • Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
