Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder with a strong background in bidding for accounting, bookkeeping, and tax-related projects. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the financial services domain and a proven track record of acquiring quality leads through Upwork and similar freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and bid on relevant projects related to accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation (mainly US, UK, and GCC markets)
  • Write customized and professional proposals based on client requirements
  • Communicate with international clients to gather detailed information and pitch services effectively
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly
  • Collaborate with internal accounting and tax teams to align proposals with deliverables

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of Upwork bidding experience, specifically in the finance domain
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), and tax concepts
  • Ability to convert leads into long-term clients
  • Knowledge of US/UK accounting and tax systems will be a plus
