UI/UX Designer Job Description

We are seeking a visionary UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is instrumental in enhancing student learning outcomes and engagement by integrating cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas.
  • Develop visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with our brand identity.
  • Design intuitive and interactive website elements to improve user engagement.
  • Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Collaborate with other teams to align design goals with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid knowledge of design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
  • Knowledge of layouts, typography, web design, graphic fundamentals, and video editing.
  • Ability to think creatively and deliver unique designs.
  • Strong research skills to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in design.
  • Ability to work independently to produce multiple design options.
  • Understanding of AI tools, particularly ChatGPT-4.0, and their application in education.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Computer Science.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
