Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Soft Furnishings Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the soft furnishings throughout the complex, including repairing and replacing chair cushions, making new cushions, and carrying out minor stitching works.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Inspecting and repairing soft furnishings, including chair cushions, sofas, and other upholstered items
  • Making new cushions and upholstery using high-quality materials
  • Assisting in the maintenance of soft furnishings throughout the complex
  • Working closely with the facilities management team to ensure that all soft furnishings are maintained to a high standard
Requirements
  • Primary School preferred
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions in English
  • Can read sketches and drawings
  • Making cushions and tailoring skills
