Telecom Engineer Job Description

We are seeking experienced Telecom Engineers to fill various positions, including Project Supervisors and Managers. These roles will be based in Islamabad, Lahore, and Abbottabad Regions.

Candidates should have prior experience in Telecom projects and hands-on knowledge of Optical Fiber technology.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Onsite installation of data cabling projects
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies relevant to the role
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Strong experience in installation, termination, and testing of all types of copper cables (cat5/5e/6/6A/coax/telephony)
  2. Ownership of Fibre Splicing tools & Cobra
  3. Experience in installation, termination, and testing of Fibre Optic Cabling
  4. Expertise in the installation of containment solutions
  5. Excellent understanding of health and safety practices
  6. Safe use of ladders and other access equipment
  7. Correct and safe use of power tools
  8. Quality management – monitors and takes pride in the quality of their own work as well as looking for ways to improve and promote quality
Job Specifications

Proven work experience as a telecommunications specialist

Familiarity with MS Office and databases

Adequate interpersonal and organisational skills

Team player with customer service orientation
