Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sourcer to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging high-caliber sales candidates for multiple roles.

Your primary objective will be to build and maintain a pipeline of exceptional sales talent, utilizing various sourcing strategies and tools to connect with potential candidates.

To achieve this, you will need to develop a deep understanding of our business needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. This expertise will enable you to identify top talent and convince them to join our organization.

In addition to your sourcing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. You will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure that candidate information is accurately logged in our Applicant Tracking System and that recruiting metrics are measured and reported on effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bulk up a pipeline of high-quality sales prospects for multiple job openings
  • Apply social media platforms to find and contact potential applicants
  • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to determine position requirements and locate suitable applicants
  • Develop effective sourcing messaging and follow up with candidates
  • Log candidate data into our ATS
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sourcer
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple open positions
  • Advanced sourcing training is an asset (e.g. Boolean Search, LinkedIn, AIRS certification)
