Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical oversight and approval of all electrical installations and modifications, including capital project activities.

You will also create and implement electrical strategies for the site, train and develop electrical team members, and ensure adherence to GSK engineering standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance strategies to ensure compliance with GSK engineering standards and local regulations
  • Liaise with the engineering shared service to ensure compliance with regulatory inspections
  • Coordinate with regional electrical teams to ensure site-wide compliance with GSK global electrical standards
  • Analyze downtimes and identify opportunities for improvement in costs and equipment reliability
  • Supervise and execute jobs in assigned areas in a smooth, efficient, and cost-effective manner
  • Comply with QMS, EHS, and engineering standards and policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in electrical maintenance and management
  • Competency in electrical systems, techniques, and methods, especially in pharmaceuticals
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation and time management skills
  • Familiarity with cGMP, FDA, MHRA requirements
