Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software development life cycle and QA processes, as well as experience in writing and executing test cases with exceptional troubleshooting skills.

  • Analyze requirements from business analysts or product managers and evaluate functionality from all possible angles.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot software issues, and provide relevant resolutions.
  • Acquire and understand application knowledge and the domain of the application.
  • Suggest new techniques and concepts to improve standards.

Candidate Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Strong English communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience with API testing tools, database testing, and SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with performance testing methodologies and tools, security testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in an agile/scrum development environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Write and execute test cases, document results, and compare with expected results.
  2. Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of bugs/issues for which a complaint has been received.
  3. Attend daily meetings and update task status using project management tools.

Key Skills Required

  • Test automation experience.
  • MUST have worked on large enterprise-grade products.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
