Senior Software Quality Engineer Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support multiple scrum delivery teams with estimation, planning, and strategy for testing Web and Mobile applications.
  • Own test coverage and defect reporting metrics.
  • Establish and increase automated testing frameworks for UI and API test automation.
  • Advocate for QA best practices across development and engineering teams, establishing lightweight checks to prevent regressions.
  • Lead special initiatives to improve process, investigate tools, and develop test frameworks or techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in development or testing.
  • Strong Manual Testing experience, ISTQB preferred.
  • Proficiency in JAVA programming language.
  • Good knowledge of scripting skills with Python or Java helpful.
  • Significant Test Automation skills using Selenium, Cucumber, RestAssured.
  • Knowledge of cloud delivery using Git, Drone CI, Argo CD, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with remote agile teams.
