Job Title: Health Program Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Program Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic design and execution of person-centered integrated health delivery interventions across Karachi Division.

About the Role:
  • Develop district-level implementation strategies aligned with project goals, drawing on evidence, field realities, and cross-sector inputs to ensure delivery of person-centered care.
  • Oversight of complex interventions across multiple sites, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards through strong team supervision, operational planning, and problem-solving.
  • Supervision of a dedicated data team to ensure timely, accurate data collection and analysis, enabling the use of program data for operational decision-making, performance monitoring, and donor reporting.
  • Leadership of community mobilization efforts, implementation research activities, and ethical storytelling initiatives to ensure that interventions remain responsive, inclusive, and grounded in the experiences of service users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Systems, Global Health, or a closely related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of progressively senior program or project management experience in non-profit, development, or public-health settings.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage large-scale health programs.
  • Proven track record of effective operation in rural or resource-constrained environments, with strong government and community engagement.
