**Key Account Management Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee a team of Key Account Managers, driving growth and ensuring successful participation of key sellers in promotional campaigns.
The role focuses on strategic account management, maximizing seller engagement, and ensuring optimal performance during campaigns and sales events.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Key Account Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals. Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with key sellers/brands, developing tailored strategies to maximize sales, drive revenue growth, and enhance platform engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and category teams to ensure top sellers participate in campaigns, driving promotions, ensuring product availability, and managing campaign performance to boost sales.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue by optimizing product pricing, stock levels, and product visibility. Lead account strategies to achieve sales targets, particularly during high-impact events.
- Analyze data to assess seller performance, monitor GMV, and evaluate campaign success. Provide actionable insights for internal teams and sellers to enhance account performance.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, ideally in e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of campaign management, product assortment, and pricing strategies in e-commerce.
- Proven leadership experience, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent data analysis and decision-making capabilities.
