Job Title: Technical Leadership and Cybersecurity Expert

A career-defining opportunity to lead the pre-sales team across regions, manage technical delivery of cybersecurity awareness solutions, and serve as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Delivery functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the PhishRod Product life cycle and all use cases.

  • Conduct demos for strategic accounts at the pre-sales stage.

  • Manage the pre-sales team across the region.

  • Provide complete visibility of resource day-to-day tasks and deliverables.

  • Maintain records of all demos conducted directly or through the team.

  • Extend support from the Pre-Sales point of view to close sales.

  • Provide training to partners and distributors on product features.

  • Conduct partner onboarding activities from a Pre-Sales point of view.

  • Travel to Exhibitions and Marketing Events, and deliver presentations and demos at the booths.

  • Develop Cyber Security and Product Presentations for partner and customer events.

  • Technical Delivery:

  • Develop consulting practices for security awareness.

  • Develop template reports for Enterprise Security Awareness Framework and related services.

  • Understand regional standards from SAMA, NCA, etc., to develop content for customers.

  • Review content developed by the content team for training modules for both the product and projects from a cybersecurity perspective.

  • Take complete ownership of project delivery in collaboration with PMO team.

  • Conduct Security Awareness Events and Campaigns during Security Awareness Month, and as requested by customers.

  • Product Research and Development:

  • Develop and validate new use cases based on requirements from existing customers or through market research.

  • Develop new phishing templates, landing pages, surveys, and new content to be loaded in the product content section.

  • Work with content teams to identify new topics from the cybersecurity domain to be added as part of the product.

  • Work with product development teams to identify new integrations and workflows to enhance product features such as SIEM integration, email scanning, sandboxing, etc.

  • Identify use cases to address human risk and work with Product Development teams to implement use cases.

  • Conduct regular security audits of the product and ensure implementation of the ISO 27001 standard.
