Business Requirements:

We are seeking a skilled professional to implement core accounting and distribution processes using Dynamics 365 Finance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of financial and distribution processes, as well as experience with configuration, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support implementation projects for Dynamics 365 Finance, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and Lead Consultants to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Provide knowledge and expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, and Budgeting.
  • Design and implement distribution processes, including inventory management, procurement, sales order processing, and warehouse management.
  • Support detailed business process analysis to understand client requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure Dynamics 365 Finance to meet client needs.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 Finance modules according to best practices and client requirements. Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance system functionality and provide insights.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 Finance with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance (or Dynamics AX) with a focus on core accounting and distribution.
  • Strong understanding of financial and distribution processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification is a plus.
