About the role: Sales Professional in Food and Nutraceuticals
As a Sales Executive in the food and nutraceutical industry, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's raw materials to targeted manufacturers. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of functional ingredients and emerging market trends.
- Sales Strategy: Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor weaknesses to create effective sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, negotiation, and presentations.
- Purchase Orders: Process purchase orders, coordinate with internal teams, and provide shipment updates to ensure seamless execution.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, CRM updates, and market analysis to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food and nutraceutical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FSSAI, FDA).
- Able to work independently and within a team.
