Purpose of the Job – Overview

Job Title: Business Development Executive - Recruitment

Location: Remote

Timings:

Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM BST

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and enhance company growth.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure satisfaction.
  3. Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new markets and opportunities within the recruitment industry.

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated ability to respond and work under pressure proactively
