Job Description

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to handle inbound calls from prospective customers in the US.

The ideal candidate will be able to assist customers in acquiring various services, including internet, television, phone, and home security systems.

This role requires the ability to meet high-quality standards on every call, while also keeping up-to-date with product and services knowledge through regular training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase sales and revenue.
  3. Meet or exceed performance targets and quality metrics.
  4. Attend all required training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Matric/ O-A Level / Intermediate degree or above.
