We are seeking a talented Creative Web Developer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing websites that are both visually appealing and functionally robust. Your primary duties will include conceptualizing creative ideas for client websites, collaborating with our web development team to ensure a seamless implementation, and possessing exceptional visual design skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize innovative ideas with clients to create interactive and engaging websites.
  • Test and refine website designs to ensure they meet high standards and deliver results.
  • Establish design guidelines and best practices to maintain consistency across all projects and promote brand identity.
  • Maintain the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards and ensuring brand consistency throughout.
  • Create visual imagery for websites that reflects clients' branding and promotes recognition.
  • Work with different content management systems to integrate effective solutions and improve website performance.
  • Present design concepts using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes to effectively communicate ideas.
  • Incorporate functional features into websites to enhance user engagement and interaction.
  • Design sample pages, including colors and fonts, to create visually appealing websites that stand out.
  • Develop design plans and present website structures to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a related field, such as graphic design or digital media.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and their applications.
  • Understanding of search engine optimization principles and their impact on website visibility.
  • Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and how to address them.
  • Exceptional visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
