We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to fill the position of Chief Security Officer. This role is responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization, ensuring the safety of our employees and assets.

Job Description:

The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to staff members on security protocols.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to maintain accurate records of security incidents, develop contingency plans, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a secure work environment.

  • This includes but is not limited to maintaining access control systems, monitoring CCTV footage, managing alarm systems, coordinating emergency response teams and handling all aspects of physical security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a strong background in security management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as criminal justice or homeland security is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in a senior security role.

Candidates must also possess a valid driver's license and be willing to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

The ideal candidate will have experience with access control systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency response procedures.

  • A background in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable.
