Main Responsibilities
  1. The Deputy Manager Accounts will be responsible for reviewing and approving vouchers related to petty cash, bank payments, receipts, invoices, and inventory movements.
  2. The role involves sending timely monthly MIS and management reports to senior management.
  3. Monthly bank reconciliation is also part of this position.
  4. The incumbent will ensure that company policies, like credit policy and travel policies, are followed, and regular reports on receivables recovery targets are submitted.
  5. Compliance with changing tax laws is another key responsibility.
