  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and the sales pipeline.
  9. Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  10. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services to existing clients.
  11. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  12. Ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; an MBA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in the building construction & infrastructure sector.
  • Sales engineering, technical support, communication, and sales skills.
  • Experience in the building and infrastructure industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
