Commercial Development Manager

About the Job
We are looking for a skilled Commercial Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving commercial excellence within our platform, ensuring seamless vendor journeys, and maximizing their potential.
The ideal candidate will have strong work ethic, self-starter approach, integrity, and demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Prior experience in managing field sales teams and understanding all sales functional areas is essential.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct external face-to-face meetings with vendors, providing tailored training and support.
- Onboard various shops/Restaurants at different locations, working closely with Supply, Live Operations, Sales, Account Management, and Content Teams.
- Research accounts, identify stakeholders, and generate interest about our services.
- Oversee newly onboarded vendors, driving operational excellence on metrics including commercial performance, internal tools, and systems.
- Manage and resolve vendor-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales/Marketing or business-related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in field sales or key account management.
