As the Chief Executive Officer at Tryonnix, you will be responsible for shaping the company's future and driving innovation in the cosmetics industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in AI-driven technology and beauty industry knowledge to lead the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement the company's long-term vision and strategic goals, working closely with the executive team and stakeholders, and staying updated on market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Identify market opportunities and establish Tryonnix as a leading brand in AI-driven beauty technology, collaborating with partners and vendors, and driving B2B partnerships and customer acquisition.
  • Define and execute a roadmap for product development and market expansion, staying updated on advancements in AI, AR, and machine learning, and ensuring the Virtual Makeup Try-On SDK meets customer needs and market trends.
Business Development:
  • Build and maintain relationships with major cosmetics brands and retailers, driving B2B partnerships and customer acquisition, and representing Tryonnix at industry events and conferences to enhance brand recognition and establish thought leadership.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and influencers to establish Tryonnix as a market leader in AI-driven beauty technology, and create a healthy and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's values.
Operational Oversight:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the company meets its performance and financial goals, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, and foster a culture of accountability, encouraging open communication and constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and maintain strong financial reporting systems, and identify areas for cost optimization.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the leadership team and employees, promoting professional growth and development, and attracting and retaining top talent in technology, design, and marketing.
  • Provide opportunities for career advancement and skill development, and create a positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Financial Management:
  • Drive revenue growth while managing costs to achieve profitability, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and maintaining strong financial reporting systems, and securing funding through investors, grants, or other financial channels when required.
  • Work closely with the finance team and external partners to maintain strong financial reporting systems, and stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Leadership and Vision:

  • Proven track record in leading and scaling tech startups or mid-sized businesses, inspiring and guiding teams toward achieving ambitious goals, and staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Strong understanding of AI/AR technologies, particularly in virtual try-on solutions, and familiarity with the beauty and cosmetics industry, including B2B dynamics, and ability to translate technical concepts into business opportunities.

Business Acumen:

  • Experience in developing and executing successful business strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and investor relations, and ability to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to identify areas for cost optimization, and secure funding through investors, grants, or other financial channels when required.
