We are seeking a highly skilled Content Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all Contributor Research content is being processed and tagged correctly. This involves closely monitoring research upload and processing to the platform, performing day-to-day QA activities, and working with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate smooth onboarding and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer services, preferably working with global clients. Strong analytical skills, a workable understanding of MS Excel and databases, and fluency in English are mandatory. Additional language skills are a plus.

This role offers a good mix of client-facing and content-focused work, as well as a good balance of independence and teamwork. It also involves developing skills in various aspects, including customer service, project management, financial data, research technology, and SPGMI and competitors' products and services.
