Key Accountabilities

  1. Perform detailed audits of expense reports and timesheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely and effective support.
  3. Analyze and reconcile data between client systems and GTA's software, identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (Associates' Degree in a related field accepted).
  • 1-3 years' experience in Payroll, auditing, accounting, customer service, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and Bullhorn time and expense experience are assets.
