Travel Sales Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused travel sales professional to deliver exceptional travel experiences.

This key role involves designing personalized travel itineraries, offering expert advice, and providing seamless booking services.

  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
  • Plan and book comprehensive travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and tours.
  • Utilize industry-standard GDS platforms for reservations and fare calculations.
  • Promote and upsell travel packages, upgrades, and additional services to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client profiles using CRM software.
  • Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel.
  • Address client issues efficiently and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination knowledge to provide informed advice.
