Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support PTP processes, including vendor creation, invoice matching, and reconciliation
  • Review PCard statement submissions for compliance
  • Monitor and reconcile aging PTP activity
  • Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into our processes and systems
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in PTP processes & technologies (SAP SRM, Ariba, PeopleSoft, Oracle, OpenText VIM, SAP ECC)
What We Offer
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field preferred
  • Minimum 4-6 years relevant experience in PTP
  • Experience in Peoplesoft Financials and SAP preferred
  • Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales preferred
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficiently
