Project Manager

The role of a project manager is multifaceted, requiring strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee projects from initiation to completion. As a project manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries and ensure that project management best practices are upheld.

Key responsibilities include facilitating project planning, reviews, demos, and meetings. You will also be responsible for managing enterprise-level resource allocation, making adjustments as necessary to address emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges.

To maintain the integrity of project management documentation, reports, and plans, you will develop and implement processes to ensure their relevance, accuracy, and completeness. Additionally, you will provide direction and support to project team members to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project implementation process.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the software development life-cycle and have expertise in Microsoft tools such as MS Project, Project Server, and MS Office. A highly motivated individual with excellent communication (written & verbal) skills, mentoring, and counseling abilities is essential for this role.

Besides your professional experience, you should be highly motivated, able to grasp complex software quickly, and possess excellent time management skills. Knowledge of MCS/MIT degree holders is an advantage. You must be able to understand technical issues at a high level and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
