This role requires strong strategic thinking skills, as you will analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities. Additionally, you will oversee all growth communication efforts, including advertising, public relations, content marketing, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and implementing growth strategies that align with our business goals.
  2. Managing growth budgets and overseeing the budget for growth initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
  3. Involved in brand management responsibilities and regularly keeping track of customer research insights.
  4. Developing and implementing initiatives that generate benefits to the organization.
  5. Overseeing all growth communication efforts, including advertising, public relations, content marketing, and digital marketing.
  6. Building collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  7. Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure that growth initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy and goals.
  8. Measuring and reporting on growth success and tracking the success of growth initiatives.

Requirements:
  • • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
    • 2 years of experience in growth strategy (Preferred)
    • Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills
