Job Responsibilities
  • Supervises the accounts payable department and staff to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Manages general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting functions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures timely and accurate execution of systems, policies, and procedures that align with company objectives.
  • Coordinates accounts payable and ensures prompt fulfillment of company financial obligations.
  • Oversees tax-related processes and supports AM taxation to ensure proper tax withholding and clearing of tax GLs in the software.
  • Maintains a database of company financial expenditures and provides reports as requested by supervisors.
  • Monitors all payment transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Tracks the status of transactions within the company and with external vendors and contractors.
  • Develops standardized procedures to enhance efficiency and creates internal templates for use by the team.
  • Provides exceptional customer service and communicates effectively with stakeholders.
  • Reduces payable aging by improving systems and ensuring compliance with policies and SOPs.
  • Minimizes advances in aging by ensuring timely submission of bills of adjustment following internal audits.
  • Responds promptly to queries and resolves them efficiently.
