ASP Developer/Designer Role

Responsible for creating specifications and modifying existing web applications. Collaborates with senior staff members on design, coding activities, and interfaces with end-users.

Assumes responsibility, exercises leadership, follows instructions, persists until the task is completed, responds well to criticism, seeks new challenges, takes initiative, and works effectively without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develops business knowledge relevant to the area of analysis and coding.
  2. Performs analysis and design in conjunction with end-users and senior staff.
  3. Designs, codes, and tests applications following specifications using appropriate tools, documents, and prepares them for computer operation through debugging and testing.
  4. Maintains and modifies existing applications individually as well as under direction from senior staff members.
  5. Assists in evaluating and analyzing software and hardware products under corporate review.
Job Requirements

Softman requires an ASP developer/designer to create custom or standardized web sites. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
