Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize customer-wise sales data
  • Perform liaisoning with the logistics team to process daily sales orders
  • Coordinate with the sales team to handle operational queries
  • Maintain customer-wise sales ledgers
  • Prepare and share daily and monthly sales reports
  • Compute multiple sales analyses
  • Update and maintain sales databases
  • Assist the Zonal Operation Manager in day-to-day sales operations

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a HEC recognized university
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferably in FMCG)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Command on SAP
  • Analytical skills
  • Familiarity with databases and sales software
