Learning & Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline, as well as 0-2 years of experience in a training, HR, or administrative support role.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the coordination and scheduling of training sessions and workshops, developing training materials, and maintaining training records.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and have a basic understanding of training principles and adult learning concepts.

Certification in Basic HR or L&D is an advantage.
