Job Title: Drafting Technician

Rack Master is a leading company in the Mechanical and Industrial Engineering sector. We specialize in designing and manufacturing industrial storage solutions and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies/tools, and controls using computer-assisted drafting equipment.
  • Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, lay out, or detail components and systems.
  • Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data.
  • Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for components or machinery.
  • Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or reduce production problems.
  • Check dimensions of materials.
Key Requirements:
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and proficiency in creating 2D/3D models.
  • Understanding of mechanical design principles and ability to apply them effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
