Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting network performance, implementing security measures, and providing technical assistance for smooth functioning of IT systems and non-cloud based infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technology qualification, with minimum 2 years of experience. Preferred certifications include MCSE, MCSA.

The successful candidate will possess knowledge and experience with Exchange Online, PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Client, Server), Windows configuration and automation, networking concepts, TCP/IP, Active directory and group policy management, virtualization using VMware and Microsoft Azure Platform, Windows Server security and configuration management, incident, problem and change management, disaster recovery implementation and testing, management of MDM solution (VMware WorkspaceOne), troubleshooting, system backups and archiving, help desk management, system implementation support, due diligence when assessing operational risks and proposing technical solutions, and developing, defining and maintaining technical administrative processes.
