Job Description

The role of an Educational Counselor involves providing students with personalized guidance on academic and career pathways. This includes assisting with course selection, university choices, and visa applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with students and parents, achieving individual and branch admission targets, and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel students regarding study abroad options, including identifying suitable courses and universities.
  • Assist students with course, university, and country selection, ensuring they make informed decisions that align with their goals.
  • Guide students through the admission and visa application process, providing expert advice and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, fostering trust and confidence in our services.
  • Achieve individual and branch admission targets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in counseling or the education sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and target-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
