Software Engineering Lead
  • Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced software engineering leader to oversee the design and development of high-traffic systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting solutions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring code quality, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack systems utilizing Node.js, Next.js, and cloud tools (serverless/microservices).
  • Create responsive, high-performance frontends leveraging React.js/Next.js and modern frontend tools (Webpack, Vite, Tailwind CSS).
  • Optimize database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL and MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and efficient performance.
  • Mentor junior developers through code reviews, workshops, and hands-on guidance.
  • Streamline CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions/Jenkins and automate infrastructure setup with Terraform.
  • Ensure system performance aligns with architectural guidelines and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in Node.js, Next.js, and React.js.
  • Proficiency in REST/GraphQL APIs and database tuning for optimal performance.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, and Redis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills to guide team members and drive technical initiatives.
