Java Systems Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Java Technical Support Lead. This leadership position will oversee all support operations, manage the Incident Response Team, and develop a team of technical support engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead a high-performing team of technical support engineers to provide 24/7 coverage.
- Establish incident response protocols and escalation procedures.
- Oversee critical incident management and handle high-severity issues when needed.
- Implement root cause analysis methodologies and follow-up processes.
- Design strategic initiatives to improve system reliability and reduce incident frequency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality.
- 5+ years of experience in Java development and technical support.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams.
- Deep understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
- Expertise in incident response frameworks and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Strong experience working with RESTful APIs in production environments.
- Experience with GraphQL implementation and support.
- Knowledge of WebSocket protocols and real-time applications.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing a team of technical support engineers, establishing incident response protocols, and overseeing critical incident management. You will also design strategic initiatives to improve system reliability and reduce incident frequency.
