Primary Responsibilities:

  • We need a skilled professional to place inter-company STO to sourcing plants based on DSI review, ensuring seamless coordination with CSRs for STO creation.
  • The ideal candidate will manage and control inventory to achieve customer service levels while maintaining optimal inventory targets.
  • Closely communicating with planners/schedulers at source plants and keeping customer service informed about order delivery schedule changes are key responsibilities.
  • This role requires collaboration with forwarders/warehouses to process import/export processing, customs clearance, and goods receipt with appropriate SAP entries.
  • A critical component of this job involves coordinating Non-Productivity Inventory reviews with Sales & Marketing and Customer Service teams.
  • The successful candidate will provide input to and participate as required in the IBP process.
  • Supporting supply chain initiatives by interfacing with other supply chain personnel is essential.
  • Responsible for driving improvement in supply chain KPIs and improving master data quality for planning/scheduling accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a discipline demonstrating logical thinking or computational skills, such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
  • Preferably, candidates should have at least 3+ years of relevant work experience, especially in supply chain roles like logistics, operations, ITO, or improvement, manufacturing, or customer service.

Additional Qualifications:

  • SAP R2, R3, ECC, APO, or other ERP system working experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficient verbal and written English language skills are essential.
  • APICS CPIM Certification and Six Sigma Green Belt Project Leader certification are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Business Objects or other Data Warehouse applications and Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications and database tools is necessary.
