Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our HR business partnering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering positive employee relations, talent acquisition, performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee relations issues by conducting investigations, providing guidance, and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Performance Reviews: Assist HRBP with performance reviews by tracking employee performance, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to managers and employees.
  • HR Compliance: Maintain HR records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining the HR database.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Education: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
