Senior Marketing Director Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand growth.

This role requires a strong leader who can foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results in fast-paced environments, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

The successful candidate will also have experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Oversight of the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Analysis of digital marketing performance metrics and provision of actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive business growth.
  • Cultivation and maintenance of strategic partnerships with digital platforms, influencers, and industry stakeholders to expand reach and visibility.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to create compelling digital content that resonates with target audience and drives engagement.
  • Management and optimization of website and social media channels to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Key Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
