About the Position

We are looking for a seasoned Automation and Process Manager to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements using tools like HubSpot Workflows and Zapier.
  3. Collaborate with department leads to document workflows and create effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  4. Support onboarding and operations with organized administrative assistance.
Requirements
  1. A strong background in process management and optimization.
  2. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  3. The ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
  4. A collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments.
  5. Familiarity with HubSpot Workflows and Zapier is a plus.
  6. Tech-savvy, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions.
