Proactive monitoring of all email and communication platforms is a key aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and utilization of Exchange Server.

In addition to monitoring, the successful candidate will plan and execute upgrades of current systems to the latest versions and service packs.

This includes managing DR Email Server administration and activation in case of disaster recovery requirements.

Ongoing vulnerability fixation and proactive reporting for patching KPIs and KRIs are also essential responsibilities.

The selected individual will work on implementing new projects required by management and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

To excel in this position, you will need hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange solutions.

A good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and familiarity with Windows Operating Systems are also necessary.

Bonus skills include knowledge of SCCM and Microsoft Intune.

Strong project management abilities and proficiency in using Microsoft Exchange solutions are highly valued.

The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of PR, DR, BCP, audit, and compliance processes.

You will also require strong analytical skills and experience with reporting.
