Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential clients through web searches and LinkedIn.
  • Proactively engage with potential clients via email, phone calls, and social media outreach.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to ensure aligned efforts contributing to business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics adapting strategies to meet targets.

Essential Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales with strong client engagement and deal closure ability.
  • Prior experience in selling recruitment or payroll services to international clients is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in cold calling and lead prospecting.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment managing KPIs.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and ability to meet sales targets.
