Job Title: Director Operations

Operations Leadership:

The Director Operations will provide leadership to the operations division, driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The role will involve developing and refining IT strategies, supporting the overall process of management and decision-making, liaising with other directors on the implementation of strategic and operational plans, maintaining effective administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication, and liaison on all affairs, and implementing, maintaining, and managing an effective system of controls throughout the company.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead the operations division and drive business growth through innovative strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and refine IT strategies to support business objectives.
  • Serve as a key member of the management team, providing support and guidance on operational matters.
  • Liaise with other directors on the implementation of strategic and operational plans.
  • Develop, review, and report on operations division strategy, ensuring strategic objectives are well understood and executed.
  • Maintain effective administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication, and liaison on all affairs at a level acceptable to the board.
  • Implement, maintain, and manage an effective system of controls throughout the company.
  • Management, monitoring, reporting, and communication in regard to financial and physical resources, administration, and budgeting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate excellence & expertise in financial management, administration, operations, IT, and other operational affairs.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the environment of financial, administration, and HR planning.
  • Demonstrate experience in team management at a professional level.
