Job Description:

This role involves developing and implementing climate finance strategies, ensuring compliance with environmental benchmarks, and building relationships to drive impactful climate-related projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Climate Finance Strategy Development:
    1. Develop and implement climate finance strategies that align with our objectives.
    2. Evaluate and recommend sustainable financing instruments, including green bonds and structured financial solutions.
  2. Project Management:
    1. Oversee reporting and monitoring of environmental benchmarks achieved through our green bond funds.
    2. Ensure accurate tracking and disclosure of positive environmental impacts from financed projects.
  3. Regulatory Compliance:
    1. Monitor adherence to environmental laws, regulations, and ESG frameworks.
    2. Collaborate with stakeholders to embed ESG principles in our operations and financing activities.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    1. Build relationships with local and international stakeholders, including regulators, environmental bodies, and financial institutions.
    2. Provide advisory support on sustainable and climate-friendly investment opportunities.
  5. Capacity Building:
    1. Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance climate finance awareness within our organization and among external stakeholders.
    2. Stay updated on global climate finance trends and disseminate knowledge within the organization.
